Wednesday Yoga

Today I changed up my yoga DVD and pulled Cameron Shayne out of the library.  It was just 30 minutes as opposed to the one hour with Rodney Yee, and I found it incredibly easy in comparison. I followed up with crunches and a wonderful juice of peaches, green apples, ginger, lemon, cucumber and celery . Delicious 🙂
